About Symgora

We started Symgora Labs to help mid-market companies become AI-powered companies. Easily. Our mission is to bring the value of state-of-the-art agentic AI to companies worldwide by making it easy to adopt and scale.

Why we are building Symgora

Mid-market businesses should be able to benefit from advanced AI without having to build the capabilities of a technology company.

Putting AI to work takes more than access to powerful models. It requires understanding the business, choosing the right opportunities, connecting systems and information, and making new ways of working reliable enough for everyday operations. For leaders already responsible for running the business, that is a demanding undertaking.

We are building Symgora to make that path easier. By bringing business expertise and proprietary technology together, we aim to help companies turn AI’s potential into practical results - starting with valuable work and building the capability to expand.

One connected foundation for AI-powered work

Symgora brings together your AI plan, AI workers, and AI operating system.

  • Symgora Score identifies and prioritizes opportunities and measures realized progress.
  • Symgora Performers are AI workers designed to own defined business outcomes alongside your teams.
  • Symgora Stage connects the information, tools, and controls they need to work across the business.

Together, they provide a foundation designed to grow from a first workflow to AI-powered operations across your company.

Built with business and technology expertise

Symgora is being developed by Tobias Krause and Bryan Goldstein, based in New York.

What guides us

  • Start with business value. Choose meaningful work, define the outcome, and measure progress against it.
  • Make adoption practical. Build around the people, systems, and knowledge already in the business, with a clear path from the first workflow to broader adoption.
  • Keep people in control. Give AI workers defined responsibilities and visible actions. Keep human owners accountable for permissions, approvals, and decisions that require judgment.
  • Build for lasting value. Turn what we learn into reusable technology, so each implementation strengthens the foundation for what comes next.
